Psychology Based Selection and Assessment (PBAS) introduced to enhance traditional HR models
PBAS is being developed to selectively adopt aspects of military selection methodology used for vocations requiring similar competencies. Utilization of technology through AI and machine learning capabilities coupled with gamification are being studied to analyze accuracy and data collection.
